Established around 1981, we pride ourselves on offering convenient, secure, and locally-managed storage solutions for our community.
Our Story
Our founder, David Jent, moved to Lewisburg, TN, in 1970. After establishing his real estate company in 1980, he identified a significant need in the community: there were no self-storage units in Lewisburg or even the entire county. Inspired by seeing storage facilities during his travels, David recognized an opportunity to serve the area.
He began modestly, building the first units five at a time, starting with just one five-unit building, and the business has been steadily growing ever since. He was the first of our kind here, setting the standard for local storage.
The Jent family is deeply rooted in Lewisburg. David’s wife, Pat, taught elementary school for over 30 years. David's oldest son, Jason, now manages the real estate side of the business from the same office, ensuring a consistent and familiar presence. David’s daughter, Laura, works for the City of Lewisburg and is the longest tenured employee at City Hall. David’s youngest son, Mark, lives in Nashville with his family, but is involved behind the scenes as he manages the website and social media for both the real estate office and mini-storage units.
